Canna Brand Solutions ranks well for one thing: its own name, and the CCELL model numbers it stocks. Both are demand that already knows who you are. On the searches a licensed operator runs when they don't yet know you — wholesale hardware, cartridge packaging, custom disposables — the site is absent from Google's first page and from eight of thirteen AI buying conversations. The gap is not that the market is hard to reach. It's that nothing on the site is built to be found by someone who hasn't heard of CCELL.
The homepage sells the product, not the problem
| Criterion | Verdict | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| States a why, not just a what | FAIL | The H1 is "Wholesale CCELL Hardware & Custom Packaging" — a category label. Above the fold is a product slider ("CCELL Mini Tank 2ml — Larger Capacity, Variable Voltage"). The one real claim, a sub-1% failure rate, sits below the fold, and the cost of not having it — failed carts, returns, lost shelf placement — is never named. |
| Differentiated from competitors | FAIL | "Official CCELL distributor… a full spectrum of best-in-market hardware" is the sentence every authorized distributor uses. iKrusher, 3Win Corp and Jupiter Research describe themselves in the same terms. |
| Customer at the center | FAIL | The hero is the product. The only proof block is a logo wall of CCELL partners — no named operator, no story, no outcome, no customer anywhere above the fold. |
Segmentation: None. The navigation is organized by product — CCELL Technology, Custom Packaging — not by who is buying. A rosin processor, a brand launching a disposable line, and an MSO procurement lead all land on the same page and have to work out for themselves which part applies to them. There is no "For Processors", no "For Brands", no solutions-by-industry entry anywhere in the nav.
Breadth of nav: 2 distinct solutions (CCELL Technology, with five device sub-categories; and Custom Packaging). 0 customer segments. A third offering, Design Services, appears in the footer and returns a 404.
You rank for 0 of 10 buyer keywords
These are the ten unbranded searches a licensed operator actually runs. Positions and impressions are from your own Google Search Console, Nov 2025 – Sep 2026 — not estimates.
| Keyword | Volume | KD | Local pack | Your best position | Impressions | Clicks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| custom cannabis packaging | 500 | 59 | Yes | Not ranking | 0 | 0 |
| vape distributor | 450 | 64 | Yes | 7.5 | 2 | 0 |
| empty disposable vape pen with packaging | 350 | 39 | No | 70.3 | 3 | 0 |
| vape cartridge packaging | 300 | 2 | No | 58.8 | 245 | 0 |
| vape wholesale distributor | 300 | 60 | Yes | Not ranking | 0 | 0 |
| cannabis packaging companies | 150 | 48 | Yes | Not ranking | 0 | 0 |
| wholesale cannabis packaging | 150 | 64 | No | Not ranking | 0 | 0 |
| wholesale vape cartridges | 150 | 40 | No | 1.0 | 1 | 0 |
| custom vape packaging | 150 | 3 | No | Not ranking | 0 | 0 |
| cannabis vape hardware | 80 | 64 | No | 51.0 | 4 | 0 |
Two rows show a strong average position on one or two impressions — that is a statistical artifact, not a ranking. Across all ten keywords, over ten months, the site earned zero clicks. Note "vape cartridge packaging" and "custom vape packaging": difficulty 2 and 3. These are not hard. Nothing is pointed at them.
Four of these ten searches return a Google map pack. That is a signal about who Google thinks is answering them — local vape shops and retail storefronts, not national wholesale suppliers. Canna Brand Solutions sells wholesale across the US and Canada from one Seattle location, so a map pack on a keyword is a reason to weight it lower, not higher.
The demand you already earn and don't capture
This is the part that isn't a guess. Your packaging pages are already being served to buyers searching these exact terms — roughly 5,400 impressions a month — and they sit on page three to seven, where nobody clicks.
| Keyword | Impressions | Avg position | Local pack | Clicks | Page |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| pre roll packaging | 890 | 53.7 | No | 0 | /custom-packaging2/pre-roll/ |
| secondary packaging for cartridges | 797 | 64.9 | — | 0 | /custom-packaging2/cartridge-packaging/ |
| concentrate packaging | 740 | 23.8 | No | 0 | /custom-packaging2/concentrate/ |
| cartridge packaging | 739 | 29.4 | No | 0 | /2021/08/popular-vape-cartridge-packaging/ |
| preroll packaging | 432 | 46.6 | No | 0 | /custom-packaging2/pre-roll/ |
| custom pre roll packaging | 448 | 44.3 | No | 0 | /2022/01/cr-rigid-joint-box/ |
| custom concentrate packaging | 421 | 12.0 | Yes | 1 | /custom-packaging2/concentrate/ |
| disposable vape packaging | 387 | 22.2 | No | 2 | /custom-packaging2/disposables/ |
| cr packaging | 315 | 56.3 | No | 0 | /2021/09/child-resistant-packaging/ |
| custom cartridge packaging | 253 | 24.5 | No | 0 | /custom-packaging2/cartridge-packaging/ |
Every one of those pages lives under /custom-packaging2/, and not one of them is linked from your main navigation. The nav has a single "Custom Packaging" entry pointing at /custom-packaging/. The pages Google is already trying to rank — pre-roll, concentrate, cartridge, disposables — sit on a parallel path with no internal links pointing at them, which is most of why they never climb past page three. This is a site-structure problem producing an SEO result, and it is the cheapest thing on this list to fix.
Only one of these ten shows a map pack. These are national, commercial, non-local searches — which makes them a cleaner target than the headline keyword list, not a worse one. They are also not hard: Ahrefs puts the difficulty of pre roll packaging at 0 on 700 monthly searches, disposable vape packaging at 0 on 200, and concentrate packaging, cartridge packaging and cr packaging at 0 as well. You are on page five of searches nobody is defending.
Who owns these searches
We pulled the full first page for the five highest-volume keywords on the list. Canna Brand Solutions appears on none of them.

| cannabrand-solutions.comYOU | 0 | — | — | YOU |
Two different markets are showing up here. The "vape distributor" searches are won by nicotine vape wholesalers — VapeRanger, Mi-Pod, World Vape — who are not your competitors and whose customers are not yours. The packaging searches are won by Brandmydispo, Marijuana Packaging, Dragon Chewer and Creative Labz. Those are your real rivals, and Dragon Chewer holds position #2 on a DR of 12, four points below yours. Authority is not what is keeping you off these pages.

On the comparison windows: Google Search Console was connected to this property in November 2025, so your own data cannot produce a true year-over-year read on the last 90 days — there is no Jun–Sep 2025 to compare against. The 90-day figures above compare Jun 18 – Sep 15, 2026 against the preceding 90 days, Mar 20 – Jun 17, 2026. The one genuine year-over-year number available is Ahrefs' US organic estimate for June–August: 574 sessions in 2025 against 433 in 2026. From April 2027 onward, Search Console will be able to answer this directly.

A dash means the page fell out of the top 25 pages in the later window; its actual figure is below that reporting threshold, so the change shown is a maximum.
Two pages account for roughly 88% of the impression decline, and neither one sells anything. The how-to post on opening CCELL cartridges lost 13,391 impressions. A podcast interview published in January — which ranked at average position 1.4 on a guest's name and turned 10,544 impressions into 5 clicks — has dropped out of the top 25 pages entirely. Both were consumer curiosity, and curiosity decays.
The click loss is a smaller and separate story: the homepage is down 44 clicks, a quarter of its traffic, and that is brand-recall traffic from people already searching "canna brand solutions". The EVOMAX post is down 23.
What is missing from this table is any commercial page losing meaningful traffic — because the commercial pages had none to lose. /custom-packaging2/cartridge-packaging/ went from 3 clicks to below the reporting threshold. /custom-packaging2/concentrate/ gained impressions and still produced 3 clicks in 90 days.
That is the real finding in this section. The traffic is volatile because it rests on two things that always decay — how-to curiosity and brand recall — and nothing underneath it is built to catch a buyer. A decline you can't fix by recovering lost pages, because the pages worth having were never built.
Domain Rating vs. organic traffic
| Brand | Domain Rating | Organic traffic per month | Keywords in top 3 | Referring domains |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brandmydispo | 56 | 3,090 | 342 | 2,715 |
| Marijuana Packaging | 40 | 11,982 | 1,110 | 1,390 |
| iKrusher | 30 | 15,097 | 591 | 847 |
| 3Win Corp | 16 | 143 | 27 | 2,866 |
| Dragon Chewer | 12 | 3,757 | 254 | 441 |
| Canna Brand SolutionsYOU | 18 | 134 | 14 | 521 |
The competitor median Domain Rating is 30; yours is 18. That gap is real but it is not the binding constraint — Dragon Chewer converts a DR of 12 into 3,757 monthly visits and 254 top-three keywords, roughly 28 times your traffic on lower authority. The difference is that they have a page built for each thing a buyer searches. You have 65 ranking keywords; they have 673.
You win one question and lose eight
Peec tracked 389 AI conversations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Grok, on thirteen questions a licensed operator would actually ask. Tracking stopped collecting after May 2026 and would need restarting for a current reading.
| Brand | Visibility | Avg Position |
|---|---|---|
| iKrusher | 22.11% | 2.8 |
| 3Win Corp | 19.28% | 2.6 |
| Canna Brand SolutionsYOU | 12.60% | 3.1 |
| Greenlane | 8.74% | 3.0 |
| Jupiter Research | 7.20% | 3.2 |
| Marijuana Packaging | 4.63% | 3.8 |
| VPM | 2.06% | 4.9 |
| Gamut Packaging | 0.00% | — |
| Prompt | Your visibility |
|---|---|
| I am the founder of a cannabis brand. Who are the most reliable CCELL suppliers in the United States? | 93.3% |
| I am a director of operations at a cannabis processing company. How do I find an authorized wholesale distributor for premium vape cartridge hardware? | 34.5% |
| I am a VP of operations at a multi-state cannabis operator. Which wholesale cannabis vape hardware companies offer both hardware and branded packaging? | 20.0% |
| I am a brand director at a licensed cannabis company. What are the best suppliers for custom-printed vape cartridge packaging? | 13.3% |
| I am a brand manager at a cannabis company launching a disposable vape line. What are the best wholesale disposable vape hardware suppliers? | 3.3% |
The one question you nearly own is the one that already contains the answer — it names CCELL. Strip the brand out and visibility collapses. The two prompts closest to what you say makes you different, matching hardware to oil viscosity and picking hardware for rosin, return 0% for Canna Brand Solutions and 43.3% and 10% for iKrusher. Your stated advantage is the exact thing the models don't know you do.
Reddit's grip on the category
Reddit does not appear in the top ten of any of the five Google SERPs we pulled. In AI answers it is the fourth most-retrieved source in the entire category — pulled into 21% of conversations at 1.96 citations per conversation, the highest citation rate of any domain tracked, and it mentions six of the eight brands in the set.
| Thread | Subreddit | Citations | Are you in it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Favorite cannabis packaging supplier | r/weedbiz | 36 | No |
| Who are the Authentic CCELL Distributors in the USA? | r/delta8 | 14 | Yes |
| SO you want to purchase distillate in genuine CCell carts? | r/delta8 | 14 | Yes |
| Best hardware for rosin disposables? | r/OKmarijuana | 12 | No |
| How are small cannabis brands handling packaging compliance without overspending? | r/weedbiz | 11 | No |
| Still haven't found a competitor that tops ikrusher | r/Terpenes | 9 | No |
| Vape Hardware Recommendations | r/CannabisExtracts | 6 | No |
The pattern is clean. Where the thread says CCELL, you're in it. Where it says packaging, or rosin, or hardware generally, you're not — and those are the higher-cited threads. We found no complaint or refund thread naming Canna Brand Solutions, so there is no reputation problem to fix here, only an absence to correct.
Every path ends at the same contact form
| Criterion | Verdict | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose-built lead capture | FAIL | Every path on the site ends at one generic "Contact Us" form. 31 submissions in ten weeks, four of them dummy entries, against 305 views of the contact page. |
| Middle-of-funnel value-add CTA | FAIL | There is no assessment, calculator, catalog download, comparison table or guide anywhere. "Request Sample" is the only alternative to contacting sales, and it is bottom-funnel. |
| CTAs on blog posts | FAIL | Blog posts carry no CTA module. Your highest-traffic post — how to open a CCELL cartridge, 23 clicks a quarter — routes a consumer audience nowhere. |
The greatest weakness is the missing middle. There is no top- or middle-of-funnel path at all. A processor researching whether your hardware fits their oil has exactly one available next step: contact sales. That is why 8,179 page views over 90 days produced 31 form fills. It is also why measurement can't help yet — GA4 currently records only the four auto-collected events, and the single key event configured, purchase, has never fired because there is no ecommerce checkout to fire it.
What we'd do next
You have already bought the diagnosis. The Site Structure, UX & Conversion Recommendations delivered in August lay out the navigation, the page templates, the three CTAs and the CRO work. This audit is the evidence for why those recommendations matter, and what they're worth. The next step is implementation.
- Rebuild the main menu to the recommended structure, and surface the packaging sub-pages that currently sit unlinked under /custom-packaging2/
- Consolidate the CCELL sub-categories, separate Services from Resources, surface the phone number
- Fix the redundant buttons on three top-level nav items and the Design Services footer 404
- Add customer-segment entry points so a processor, a brand and a procurement lead can each self-identify
- Rework the Home, CCELL Product Type and Custom Packaging templates per the recommendations: value-proposition hero, social proof section, one CTA visible at a time
- Stand up the three CTAs — Learn More, Match Hardware to Your Oil, Request Consultation — with a GA4 key event behind each
- Replace the unused purchase key event with events that reflect how you actually generate leads
- Build real pages for the terms your packaging URLs already earn impressions on: cartridge packaging, pre-roll, concentrate, disposables
- Publish the hardware-to-oil matching guidance that AI engines currently credit to iKrusher
